Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

If your item is damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the item

  • a photo of the shipping label/packaging

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—depending on the situation.

Sizing

Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering. We can’t offer exchanges for sizing.

Undeliverable / incorrect address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed/refused, we can reship it to a corrected address, but new shipping charges apply.

Lost packages / tracking issues

If tracking shows a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim and resolve it. Timing matters—please reach out as soon as you notice an issue.

Refunds (when approved)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
